An effective strategic plan will shape the direction and future of your organisation. This event will show you how to acquire, manage and analyse the complex information that surrounds strategy creation and how it can then be used to build a robust business plan. It will also show how to gain consensus from the key people in your organisation about its short, medium and long terms goals and aspirations. This acts as a catalyst for positive change and improvement in the organisation, helping to move it from where it is to where you want it to be.
